Vehicle Detailing Services Disclaimer
By booking or receiving detailing services from CarCross, you acknowledge and agree that detailing involves cleaning, polishing, and restoration procedures that may reveal pre-existing defects, damage, wear, scratches, paint imperfections, upholstery issues, or other conditions that were not previously visible due to dirt, contaminants, oxidation, or other factors. CarCross is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects discovered before, during, or after the detailing process.
Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, medications, electronic devices, and other personal property from their vehicle before service. CarCross is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers must disclose any known vehicle issues, including damaged paint, loose trim, aftermarket modifications, electrical problems, or fragile components that may be affected during detailing.
Limitation of Liability for Services
CarCross will exercise reasonable care while performing detailing services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CarCross shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle use, loss of value, or loss of income. Any liability arising from detailing services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Service Results Disclaimer
Detailing results may vary depending on the age, condition, maintenance history, materials, and existing damage of the vehicle. CarCross does not guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, oxidation, water spots, pet hair, mold, or other imperfections. Estimates regarding expected results are provided in good faith and do not constitute guarantees.
Paint Correction and Specialty Services
Certain services, including paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating preparation, stain removal, odor removal, and restoration treatments, involve procedures that may not completely eliminate defects and may produce varying results depending on vehicle condition. Customers acknowledge these risks and authorize CarCross to perform the requested services.
Weather and Environmental Conditions
CarCross is not responsible for the effects of weather, environmental contaminants, road debris, bird droppings, tree sap, hard water exposure, or other external conditions occurring after service completion. Protective products such as waxes, sealants, and coatings require proper maintenance and are subject to normal wear over time.
Inspection and Claims
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon service completion. Any concerns regarding the service provided must be reported to CarCross within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to notify CarCross within this period may constitute acceptance of the completed service.
Right to Refuse Service
CarCross reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any vehicle that presents safety concerns, hazardous conditions, excessive biohazards, illegal substances, infestations, or circumstances that may place employees, equipment, or property at risk.
